The next WÜRTH MODYF ISMF World Cup will be held in Val Martello, Italy

 

Lausanne, 3 March 2022 – Jointly with the Local Organising Committee of Val Martello, Italy, the ISMF is pleased to confirm the race event named Marmotta Trophy 2022, to be held from 18 to 20 March 2022.

 

The detailed programme of the event, which will take place except for cases of force majeure not depending on the International Federation, is available on the event website.

Registrations:

The registrations in the Marmotta Trophy World Cup races open today, 3 March 2022, and will close on Monday 14 March 2022 at h. 12:00 CET. After that date, registrations will be no longer possible.

Before registering in any ISMF World Cup or Championships, athletes must have their own valid ISMF licence. You can check the current valid licences here.

Possibilities of booking:

  • Category A (3 stars hotels or more): 95,00 € per person/day and full board accommodation
  • Category B (2 stars hotels or less): 80,00 € per person/day and full board accommodation
  • Category C (apartments): 40,00 € per person/day without food supply included

Covid-19 & ISMF:

The ISMF calls to mind that the scheduled races will be held in full compliance with the anti-Covid measures and that each person involved in the event will have the obligation to strictly follow the ISMF Covid-19 guidelines available here.

As usual, the ISMF provides everybody with a letter of movements to cross the border lines, in case of necessity.

Furthermore, the ISMF kindly asks for a great cooperation from all teams to fill in the Excel document sent to you in relation to the request of the following information (please pay attention as there are two different sheets to fill in inside the file):

  • Accommodation of the teams, including arrival and departure dates, hotel/apartment of overnight staying, name/surname/role of each person present at the competition venue;
  • National Team Covid-19 Coordinator with name/surname and relative contacts.

This document has to be sent back to the ISMF Office (office2@ismf-ski.org) no later than Monday 14 March 2022.

 

Covid-19 & LOC:

Following the request of the Local Health Authority of Provincia Autonoma Alto Adige, the Marmotta Trophy World Cup’s organising committee would like to inform everybody that only the people holding a Super Green Pass (obtained through vaccination or following recovery from Covid-19) will be able to take part in this event. Therefore, non-vaccinated people and those who have never contracted the virus cannot reach the World Cup venue.

The people entering Val Martello for the Marmotta Trophy World Cup who have received a full cycle of vaccinations for more than 6 months (= 180 days) or have been Covid recovered for more than 6 months (= 180 days) may be eligible for activities and services that require the Super Green Pass 2G (e.g.: for access to hotels, for skiing, for public transport, etc.) if they perform a Covid-19 antigen test with a negative result no later than 24 hours before the on-site accreditation. In addition, these people will have to perform additional antigen tests every 48 hours for the entire duration of the event.

For people participating in the event who have received a full cycle of vaccinations by 6 months (= 180 days) or have been Covid recovered by 6 months (= 180 days) the rule is to perfom an antigen test no later than 24 hours befor the on-site accreditation.

The people involved in this measure are all those who generally come to the competition venue (athletes, coaches, staff members, accompanying persons, members of the ISMF Manufacturers Pool companies, volunteers, etc.).

The Local Organising Committee of the Marmotta Trophy World Cup would like to send its Covid-19 protocol, in which all details regarding the pandemic are available and have to be strictly followed during the event.

Compulsory to book the Covid-19 test in advance at info@marmotta-trophy.it no later than Friday 11 March 2022.

Compulsory to fill in a form for the Covid-19 test in the pharmacy in advance. Please pay attention that there are two forms (one is addressed only to the Italian people and the other one to the people coming from abroad – please refer).

For participants arriving from abroad, it is advisable to fill in the Passenger Locator Form in order to receive updated information.

Further information:

As last year, the organising committee of the Marmotta Trophy World Cup provides the teams with storage space for the equipment or to prepare the skis before the competitions (wax containers). In case of need, it is necessary to book this space at info@marmotta-trophy.it no later than Friday 11 March 2022.
