Athletes invited to participate at the ISMF – Clean Sport Education Webinar

The International Ski Mountaineering Federation and the International Testing Agency (ITA) are pleased to invite the whole ski mountaineering community to participate on a Clean Sport education webinar hosted by ITA on behalf of ISMF, that will take place on Thursday, May 25, 2023. You can register here.

This special webinar is for administrators, athletes, coaches, and medical personnel of the ISMF community. As administrator, athlete, coach, and medical personnel, you are a key part of clean sport. Therefore, make sure to sign up for this session to learn more and understand how anti-doping works, including:

– Principles and values associated with clean sport

– Consequences of doping, for example, physical and mental health, social and economic effects, and sanctions

– Substances and Methods on the Prohibited List

– Use of medications and Therapeutic Use Exemptions (TUEs)

We will also leave time at the end of the session to answer your questions live and will be delighted to introduce you to ISMF General Secretary Jordi Canals Fontan.

The session will be delivered in English and all participants will receive a PDF of the webinar presentation, including links to the resources covered.
