The Plenary Assembly 2023 will be in Paris hosted by the Fédération Française de la Montagne et de l’Escalade

Lausanne, 18 August 2022 – The Council of the ISMF ratified during his last session held on 10 and 11 July 2022 that the Plenary Assembly will be organised in Paris, France in 2023. Following the official request drawn up by the Fédération Française de la Montagne et de l’Escalade, it has been released the date of 14 October 2023 for the Plenary Assembly.

The whole ISMF would like to express our utmost reconnaissance for the candidacy received by the FFME as partner for the 2023 Plenary Assembly and looks forward to collaborating in the future months for the event organisation.

Founded in 2007, the International Ski Mountaineering Federation ISMF is the global governing body for ski mountaineering competitions. Since 2016, the organization is officially recognized by the International Olympic Committee IOC. Its main goals are the promotion, regulation and development of the ski mountaineering sport worldwide.
